Still haven’t got my digital pass, dad still hasn’t had an email confirming his photo id.

This pisses me off so much more than any transfer bullshit or manager situation.
It will come, I think they are loading then by where you sit, I am 507, btw, thank you for all your help on this thread.

I don’t think tests/ Vaccine documents are required for league games at the minute. Today was just a trial run

I am doing one on Friday and sending it in, the one for entry into UK, might not have result by Sunday. I will get entry with my documentation, might just take longer.

For anyone weighing up whether to go or not. Public transport is probably 60-70% masked in general, but less if you're coming in from out of London on a service where it isn't compulsory. In fairness, the trains to the match from Liverpool Street were actually better than most, maybe 80%. However, virtually nobody was masked in the concourse (it's "encouraged" but not required), so if you're worried/cautious about indoor unmasked spaces you're probably best off arriving early and then going straight to your seat.

I want to transfer one season ticket to someone who isn't a member so doesn't have a membership number. Is that impossible? What about if I just screen shot the e ticket and send him that?

Don't think you will find that is possible it would seem everyone entering the stadium needs to be a ST holder , member or be registered on ticketing database with a CRN and have a compatible phone or stadium ID card. You ST has to be loaded onto your mobile in either Gpay or Apple wallet or If you do not have a compatible mobile then you have to apply for a stadium photo ID card in which case a paper E ticket will be issued it's really not clear any more how you pass a ticket on to family/friend. I was halfway through completing the ID form then gave up and opted to get a compatible phone thought it would be far easier , you have to collect the ID card from the ticket office so the queues for the Man C game are going to quite long.
The ticketing information from Spurs is quite disgraceful I only found out about the stadium ID card because I made an enquiry about the Arsenal game as at the time of purchase I had just had a basic mobile so was issued a paper ticket , then I receive an email inviting me to apply for a photo ID card , as I said then gave up and got a compatible phone.
Here's part of the photo ID form info.

"If you require a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card, or you are the parent or guardian of a junior supporter who requires one, then please note the following:

  • All card requests are subject to manual checks and are produced at the discretion of the Club. If the details submitted on the form do not match those we hold on record for the Season Ticket Holder or One Hotspur Member, we may be unable to print the card and additional documentation may be required for the supporter.
  • The physical card must be collected in person, by the named individual on the Photo ID Stadium Entry Card. It will only be handed over upon presentation of a valid ID with their photo and name – this can include a birth certificate or a driver’s licence or provisional licence.
  • Collections must be made from our Paxton House Ticket Office, either at or before the first match they attend.
    • Ticket Office opening hours are Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm, or four hours before kick-off, until half-time.
  • The Club reserves the right to spot check all Photo ID Stadium Entry Cards on each match day, to ensure the named Season Ticket Holder or One Hotspur Member is in possession of the card.
  • Anyone believed to be abusing the use of their card will have it confiscated and be ejected from the Stadium, and their account put on hold whilst we conduct a full investigation. They may be subject to the Sanctions and Banning policy.
  • Photo ID Stadium Entry Cards are processed weekly and may take approx. 14 days from the submission of this form. You will be notified once your Card is ready to be collected from our Ticket Office. The first batch of cards will be ready from the start of the 2021/22 Premier League season."

Anyone been able to use ticket exchange for the City match? I've got the ST email, but will be away, but manage tickets says I don't have any ticket to manage?

Don't panic everyone , Spurs have it all in hand , excerpt from Digital Ticketing, have highlighted the good bit...

"In addition to making the matchday entry process as smooth as possible, the new system has been designed to help protect supporters’ health, safety and security by allowing us to reduce physical contact during the stadium entry process and understand who is inside the stadium on matchdays."
