The club communication on strategy, personnel, corporate matters (everything, in fact) is so poor.

There is so little intelligent and informative engagement with fans. The most we get are begrudging responses to the trust learnt via minutes from the periodic THST meetings.

You have missed something - Scott Munn is not a technical director, he is a business executive who will oversee all aspects of the football operation and will sit on the board. He will have his own technical staff below him.

At the moment, rather than Paratici and Scott Munn running transfers it seems to be driven by Gabbadini and Levy, though I am sure they have worked off some targets Paratici already had in place.
