On .. back on the list for now could be some manipulation further into the window we have other targets for the forward line
I don’t think he should be a target for the forward line anyway so if that’s how we view him than I’m more then okay with that.On .. back on the list for now could be some manipulation further into the window we have other targets for the forward line
Reminds me of a buykyo saka type of winger aggressive good feet not always the prettiest to watch but effective . I wouldn’t sleep on him has bundles of talent and is admired by spurs (ends up at a Brentford or Brighton ) We just have other targets atmI don’t think he should be a target for the forward line anyway so if that’s how we view him than I’m more then okay with that.
Oh I’ve seen him a few times for Juve and he has a lot of potential for sure. I just think he’d be better suited to being converted to a FB in the Udogie mould, in fact I think his skill set would be perfect for it rather then a straight up LW in Ange’s system.Reminds me of a buykyo saka type of winger aggressive good feet not always the prettiest to watch but effective . Out of curiosity if he's in a Saka mould, why wouldn't he be suited as a front three option (more wide than central)?Been watching a bit more of him and I think you’re absolutely spot on in your assessment. He isn’t a front 3 player, he’d be better off as an inverted FB option.
If he ends up as our attacking signing I will be quite disappointed. If he signs as someone we develop as Udogie rotation, I’ll be excited.

As mentioned yesterday, he starts at LWB. Chiesa also starts. For anyone who watches the game, keep an eye out for Nonge if he gets mins , He starts on the bench for Juve but a lot of hype around the kid. He’s a very technical young CM.According to Sky Sport Italy he is due to start at WB against Salernitana in the Coppa Italia tomorrow night. The game will be on Viaplay at 8pm uk for those interested.
Watching it now, the only conclusion I've made so far I that I'm glad we didn't sign Milik, he looks very poor.As mentioned yesterday, he starts at LWB. Chiesa also starts. Chiesa has been fantastic. His speed is back, pressing like a man possessed, taking players on. Obviously injuries are a question but if we could keep him fit he would be a phenomenal addition.Pass
But I'd take Chiesa

What I find interesting about the game thus far is that Chiesa has spent a lot of the match hugging the left touch line which has meant SIL often sitting more centrally in CM. Tbh the match is more making me want us to do everything we can to get Chiesa rather then follow SIL.Watching it now, the only conclusion I've made so far I that I'm glad we didn't sign Milik, he looks very poor.
I checked his stats as I was curious (2 in 17) at Juventus. May have been some sub appearances in there but a poor player.
Agree completely. He’s natural ether wing even tho he’s right footed and I reckon in our system he could play CF in a Son like manner with some training. Considering his contract situation and Juve’s interest in PEH it wouldn’t even be an impossible deal. Juve also have Yildiz coming through who looks a real talent and plays in the same position. He scored an incredible goal on his first start the other week. Got Lot of big clubs tracking him including Liverpool but they want to keep him.Probably one of the only players who kind of fits the ‘forward who can play across the front 3’ role we were speaking about the other day. Not really ideal for striker but I think you know what I mean.
