My source spoke to ARRY today, (at my request for a catch up and to answer some info). Harry said that no.1 target is Crouch not Hunterlaar! Board are not so keen!
Harry said he thinks we can get vieira now he has gone public! (i think this was a plan to take away the shock element before the annoucement)
We are trying to do things with Joe and the boy from leeds!!!

He did say that he was frustrated with the time it takes for us to do deals, he kept saying that they(the board) dont realise to be successful in the transfer market you have to move fast! get the deals done before competition can get their acts together!

I was standing next to the guy whilst he was on the phone to Arry so I'm 100% sure what he said is true as it stands today!

Barcelona have lodged and interest in Gareth Bale, we have told them to jog on. Harry thinks that he really can become the BEST left back in the world. (left back! :wink: for all of us that wishes he played further forward)

Harry isnt too confident regarding Joe anymore, The terms haven't changed, its just Harry was under the illusion Joe would sign before the world cup. I dont think any other club has made him a proper offer like us, just the interest has turned his head a bit, and he might be following advice to wait until a hopefully successful world cup is finished. Harry hasn't spoke to Joe since last weekend, probably the root of the anxiety.

No bids have been made for a striker yet although we have sounded out 3 or 4 potential targets. Harry wouldnt deny we are interested in Forlan, Hunterlaar or Luis Fabiano but surprisingly Craig Bellamy is apparently off the radar. By all accounts he wants to stay based where he is up in the north west.

My boss speaks to Harry almost daily, so hopefully I can get as much info as I can before he jets off to South Africa, especially as I'm flavour of the month at work:razz:

but joe told harry saturday that he wants to play for spurs. so its just down to levy and co to tie up. however harry said that will still be difficult as last time he signed joe it cost west ham 100k! (where did that money go)

harry also reckons that we will break our transfer record on a star player. some exciting players want to play for spurs

How slow does it want to be? I've been stuck in limbo with my info as obviously the boys and more importantly Harry have been in the states. And for the past week my boss has been on a golfing holiday with his missus. (A bit inconsiderate when you consider its pre seaon :smile

Anyways, Collared him yesterday with hope that he might have a treasure trove of info, but no, not really.

He pretty much backed up what was said on here regarding the timings of when anything is likely to be done. There was us thinking that the Citeh game last season was important when really its gonna be more important that we win these play-off games. We seemed to have deals in place with clubs but everything is on hold. :evil: So frustrating!

Micah Richards is still very likely to join us from what I hear, its a similar sort of stand-off to the Corluka move. Everything bar the medical in that deal is Done and agreed. but yet we still wait for the green light.
And maybe its because of Citehs silly games we wont sign him and possibly Bellamy or anyone else from that club until after we play them 1st game of the season. We have enquired for SWP, Ireland and Onouha as well! Villa were offered all these in the Milner deal.

I think its safe to say that we have been knocked back by Fabiano and Forlan. Dzeko is someone we have asked to be kept informed over, but Harry knows that finacially he is out of our league at the moment. Hunterlaar (pre red tops stories today) I was told could be available for a loan at £3m with an option to make permanent at £9m. No mention of Gio though. That might just be a goer. However If we are lucky we might be able to see another player Harry wants tonight, Cardozo! Not sure who brought this up before but :clap:. I was told that he is someone we think we would do very well for us. He might just be pending qualification for the CL though.

Another new name I got given was Anthony Annan. Aparently he is a strong Midfield player at Rosenborg. Scott Parker is definately 1st choice there but he seems to be on the list of back ups.

Nothing earth shattering, just trickling along. Hopefully I can coherse some more in the next week or so.

Right guys, I drip fed my boss first thing this morning all the bits and bobs that have been posted around around the world wide web, and he promised me he'd get onto Harry some time today. Howerver, he warned that he's getting a bit tired of all this talk of Spurs (for those who dont know, hes a spammer) So might ease off him for a while, hoping he'll come to me with some tidbits.

I'll just list each individual rumour with its response from my boss, probably the easiest way. Sorry if I've missed anything, I'm not the brightest in the mornings :grin:

Craig Bellamy : I'll start here because its all over the press now anyway. Harry really wants Bellamy and Bellamy does want to come to Spurs, But Man City are doing an awful lot of ignoring Tottenham at the moment. I think he is available for loan to pretty much everyone, bar us. In fact from what Harry has been told by Bellamy's people, Citeh are even prepared to subsidise his wages. As it stands any deals with Citeh are highly unlikely to be done before 31st August if at all. Might be he ends up somewhere like Bolton or Everton.

Micah Richards : we agreed everything with club and player in principle a long time ago, but deal was put on hold. And as above the case is now, Man Citeh not really playing ball with us. He is likely to get into the 25 man squad there though, with players like Onouha more likely to leave. This might have to wait until next year I think.

Gallas : Its true!!! to an extent, anyway. We have had conversations regarding money and it might be that is as far as it goes. Harry likes him though.

Crouch : Player has the full support of everyone at the club. He is not available for transfer, unless someone offers silly money. But that is the case with pretty much everyone. Harry did give him a bollocking mind!

Falcao : I started this one.....and I'm ending this one. Unless harry is playing his cards close to his chest, which is not unheard of. This is old news. Sorry everyone

Cardozo : We have watched him and Harry does like him, but we are far apart on our valuation, so this one hasnt really gone any further than the sounding out stage.

Hunterlaar : We are told that he could be available, for a loan ----> permanent deal. but there are hurdles to cross on this and for the time being we have hit a stalemate. Harry does like him a lot, but at the moment we havnt really got the room for him anyway. I think we would need to sell at least one of the 2 strikers that divide us all. Keano or Pav!

Luis Fabiano : This is the Deal that everyone is trying to do. Its the hardest of the lot finacially but we are trying. Harry thinks its going to be really tough though. I think we are prepared to offer some serious money on this as long as the player shows enough willing to play for us. Even then it depends an awful lot on player sales and a sensible wage.

Others : Looks like we have turned away from deals for Remy (unless Nice accept an installment plan based on appearances and performance). Camoranesi, was offered to us and we did look at it. but not likely now.

Thats your lot folks... sorry there isnt anything on Young or Turan or anyone else....but I get what I get.

The amazing player that was mentioned by Harry last week, is not as earth shattering as you may of thought. Especially considering it had some column inches.

Harry didnt want to name him because he has the utmost respect for his manager and the "BIG CLUB" he plays for.

also looks likely that Marseille stole a march on us regarding Remy. We wont fully comit until Thursday.

Parker negotiations are well underway, he'll either sign for us, or sign a new deal there.

We have to move fast now, but we are trying, I hope its not too late for Klass.

On a side note, we did bid for Young, it was rejected, Ashley needs to ask for the move for anything to happen. If not, we might go for N'zogbia.

You all know that Harry likes Pienaar enough now to try and sign him. I can only repeat what has been said on here already and add that Harry really thinks he will be a Big player for us if we manage to sign him.

I'm not gonna back track on Parker because for whatever reason Harry was certainly led to believe that he will definately sign for us. I dont know the whys and the why nots, for it not happening yet, but I will wait with baited breath on that one.

Harry would love Carroll, but as I was told, Harry wouldve loved Dzeko. If Levy is so keen on getting the player in to take us to the next level he would have to invest that kind of money to get this done. They want some of our players, but not enough to lose Carroll for.

Asked about strikers aside from Carroll, and was told that Harry likes what we have already. It would be foolish to change our attack unless an Elite player became available. I really dont think we have set our eyes on anyone in particular as yet. Much like Dzeko, we were kept informed even upto a few days ago, but could we really compete?

We are making our interest known for some big players, but it just aint happening.

Two more things, Kyle Walker and Steven Caulker have big futures at the lane. Harry likes the fact we dont have a reserve team. And this is proof of it. The players have got to be big players for their clubs, its too easy to be a star in the reserves!

..and we are looking at Connor Wickham again. Probably in the summer but we trying to do something here.

Nothing to make Fazza make man-custard but heh-ho! :wink:

Ok, not really Itk to say that we want Phillip, it might be interesting to know that he is to be competition for Hutton should he sign. Everton are surprisingly receptive to the idea, money talks I suppose.

Suarez is a big target still, big difference on price I'm afraid. Ajax are quite happy to play hard ball. He isn't the only target though. I must stress that Harry is happy with what we got up there, but if levy can offer something then let's do it.

Pienaar, still spurs bound apparently. But so was Richards and arshavin before him. I fear we got to get this done or miss out.

Also interesting to know that Harry thinks sandro can play a part this season a bit more. Is this the end of the Parker talk?

Had a word today following up some 'ITK' that was posted earlier in the week. It was suggested that we were looking at a young Croatian, this intreaged me, so I got on the case.

What I got was not totally as I expected. We are looking at another Croatian to join the Crottenham clan, however he doesnt play in Croatia!

My boss had no names but said that he has been watched at international level as well. Im at a loss as to who it is.

The only name I could think of was Srna, but my boss said he doesnt think its him.

Any ideas?

Guys, just had a bombshell dropped on my head. In Harrys opinion, modders is off!

From what Harry said, Man Utd and Chelsea are in talks with us and we are inviting the talks. This also backs up the rift stories. Harry said that Levy will always listen to see if the money is right. Gutted!

Anyways, can't back up the Parker in woodford story, but if we want him then he's ours.

Last night Harry wasn't in Dublin. He was in Lille watching hazard and gervihno. Hazard for modric?

My boss spoke to Harry today. In a bullish mood regarding the court case, just wants to clear his name an move on. Really excited for pre season to get in full swing. Knows modders won't be sold and thinks that when the games get going modric will be his brilliant little self. Harry is giving anyone who wants it a clean slate pre season. He has explained that we have a really strong side that will be improved but I someone wants to impress, gurneys door is open. He'd love for kranjar in particular to stay. Really difficult now to get Parker in. Not impossible cos money talks but it seems west ham would do anything for him not to join us.

Interestingly (sorry ben) but Harry believes that levy really will deliver. He is determined to make a statement. People at the club are working stupid hours trying to bring in some exciting players. We will have a new striker by the start of the season for sure.

Watch some of the kids pre season as well. They are playing for a chance to emulate walker and caulker and join top sides on loan. I'm thinking bostock, kudos, mpoku and Harry Kane.

Just for once I'm gonna go cryptic. Its not too hard but if I say it outright I'd probably get a rollicking now my bosses son reads SC. (I know you're watching me Eek) This is supposed to be hush hush but, Harry is pushing for Daniel to try and buy some sweets.They come in a multitude of colours. They might be reduced to clear, especially the later we get to closing time. Daniel will bide his time. However 2 other clubs are interested at the least.

On a non cryptic note, I have no reason to beleive that Rossi is a no go. The chairmans trying is the line I got.

Have asked about Vucinic and Diarra, will get back to me. I dont know how old this info is by the way. My boss has been away for the best part of the week.
