Sess has probably let all his mates know, and they've all lumped on big amounts, don't think @goughie1966 's £20 had much effect lol

I wouldn't be as I'm THAT shit at football.

Routinely got put in defence or in goal where they'd blast the ball at me and I'd have no gloves and it was on concrete.

Good times.

Hello Claudio Bravo, what you doing in here?

Not really my point. We've seen a lot of people, the poster I quoted a regular amongst them, say things like oh great we've signed a third choice left back. He's played left wing as much as left back this season, and it's clearly a 'gentler' route into PL football.
So what's this left wing position we have? We have interchanging 3 behind Kane. He will have to learn a completely different game to the one at Fulham

So who is off, 3 wing seems unlikely
If it were my decision - I'd move Davies back to the LCB position. Then he can serve as back-up to Vertonghen and also Rose - if there were another long-term injury.

Wimmer does not seem well-suited to the LCB role, and he probably wants to be somewhere where he is going to get playing time. So, I would not be shocked to see him move on this summer.

Something like this, along with signing a RCB like Veltman could be the way forward for us. Would give us plenty of depth and cover across the defence.

In fairness I do agree that stylistically he is far more full back/ wing back than attacking midfielder. But with him being so inexperienced, I could see him getting games there initially the same way we've often used Son - hugging the touchline in front of Davies, who acts as more of a ball-playing full back than a flying, overlapping one.
