I made this thread nearly 2 months ago, and since then, no player in the right forward position has scored a goal for the team in league play. This is the single biggest issue in the squad right now and is a major reason why results have lagged. When Mourinho opts for five at the back or three central midfielders, the three attacking players have to collectively score most of your goals. Kane and Son will have periods where they are marked out of games (or are injured), so if the third attacker alongside them doesn't contribute, the team will most likely drop points.

For the summer transfer window, finding a dynamic goal scoring player to fill this position should be the club's top priority. Even if it means spending less in other positions of need, spending as much as is necessary to bring in the best player available for this position should be the objective. Zaha, Pedro Neto, Saint-Maximin and Leon Bailey are a few of the many quality options available.

Think Memphis Depay is out of contract at Lyon. He was young at Man U bit always looks threatening in the Champions League and seems to have a certain arrogance where he won’t feel threatened by Kane or Son. Think Aouor is also at the same contract point. Might fit in well with Tanguy.

New fcuking manager would help.
You can't give player's 45 minutes then bin them.
It takes a run of games to get going.
Ask any footballer.

I firmly think Lamela is the best choice for defence, Lucas Moura is the best choice for attack, or Gareth Bale in the hands of the right manager.
Probably going to have to eat my words after today's match, but that's how I view it.
