I think the whole team was a bit too full of adrenaline at the beginning, emphasised by Romero sticking the nut on Mbuemo very early on.

They did calm down quite quickly though and the goal helped.

Bissouma was head and shoulders the best player on the pitch.

Don't really get the concerns with Vivcario. Didn't do much wrong for me, he was fine. Similarly although the front three didn't quite click all of them had a few moments where you could see what was intended, it's still obviously a work in progress and I'm not concerned about it at all to be honest. Brentford sat deep and made it difficult and the clear chance didn't quite come.
