7th looks like a Europa league spot so not only will Leicester be up for beating Chelsea last game, but also Wolves will try and get something at Liverpool, which will be nice. Would there be anything funnier than City dropping points next week at Brighton, Liverpool fans going mental and giving it only for them to lose or draw at home to Wolves final day.

I’ve looked at a lot of posts in this thread over the last few minutes and I still don’t know who I want to win out of Utd and Chelsea. Any result is ok really, as long as there are injuries, red cards and diseases.

Arsenal won’t get 6 points from their last 2. I’ve never been so confident about finishing top 4 despite having not much confidence in my own team! Everyone below us is proper bottling it at the moment.

There certainly are some mixed views on this one. I'm still going for Chelsea win or draw to give us the least points required.

There are and whilst least points required, i think two draws is less likely than one win and one loss. I think GD is sorted for us, dont think they would catch us with the GD

No matter what result today if we win at Bournemouth we are confirmed top 4, I'll take that right now

Would be nice but we look spent. Injuries, fatigue, players not risking injury for fear of being out of the CL semi. Bournemouth is sandwiched between the two games v Ajax. Against West Ham we looked hesitant and not fully engaged and I can't see it getting much better v Bournemouth.

That's a fair point and at least we can only gain out of this match

Is this a good result?

3 points will get us 3rd as it stands. A draw means still 3 points for at least 4th. And if Chelsea win we need 2 points to get 4th.

So best in terms of finishing 4th and not much difference for finishing 3rd.

That's a quick look at the table as it is as I'm trying to cook... So might be wrong

One win is easier than two draws - we have drawn once this season haha... one win to 73 and GD we would finish third.

What's the betting we now go on a run of consecutive draws!

I've revised my initial assessment of wanting a Utd win.... come in Chelsea!!!
