Just checked my Created Threads in my profile, and I definitely didn't start any such thread, you loveably doddery old so-and-so, Lighty. :playful:

my apologies thought it was you, due to your desperation at the time to see us finish above them for the 1st time in your Spurs life

I think we should rest every sing;e first teamer against Bournemouth

Our rivals fuck up

We get top four - taunting them as to how shit they are

We beat Ajax

We win CL

We are the bestest

We have a fit first team to rest?

Arsenal aren't beating Burnley

I hadn’t really seen Burnley but watching the first ten minutes against Man City and you may well be right.

We need to beat Bournemouth but haven’t won away since January so it’s not going to be easy.

Especially as I think arsenal will beat Brighton and Burnley.

I get your apprehension but what makes you think they'll beat Burnley away? They're shite away from ?.

Don't get me wrong, we don't want to be relying on other sides at all, but Burnley will be a very tough game for them. Barnes relishes roughing up the bigger sides.

I'm very much in the camp of taking care of our own business. Just concentrate on beating Bournemouth.

This must be the most embarrassing race for top 4 in history. Everyone should be ashamed.

I'll tell you who should be ashamed our rivals finishing below is this season, considering our circumstances we should have been there for the taking.

We have to go all out against Bournemouth. The last thing we need is to beat everton last game of the season...

Regardless of the Ajax result, we have to go full strength vs Bournemouth.

Worry about Champs League final if we get there. But assuring Champs League next year is a must if we want to kick on.

Why? I would rather Manu as Chelsea is too close for my liking
I agree I'd prefer Man Utd but one win will do it either way no other result matters, one win and mathmatically Chelsea could get third but we'd still be guaranteed top four.

Ok, ideal scenario: Chelsea beat Utd but Hazard gets sent off
Or a little bit injured.
I'm adamant that's why some of us were relaxed yesterday and others were losing their minds, the faith in our rivals inability to capitalise.
Are there still people saying they want United to win though? Drunk me couldn't my head around that yesterday and sober me still can't today.

We are incredibly lucky that Arsenal are terrible this year. A Chelsea win and we only need one win from our remaining games to guarantee top 4.

We won’t though. Poch can talk all he likes about not losing focus yesterday, but he’s fooling no one. Even some of his subs could be seen as having Tuesday in mind.

No doubt the players will have one eye on the Ajax game unfortunately.

There's more glory in winning the Champions league so I say go all out to beat Ajax and worry about beating Everton if we have to.
Imagine killing ourselves to beat Bournemouth and messing up our chances of beating Ajax only for Arsenal and Chelsea to lose anyway.

Then if a miracle happens and Arse win the Europa we miss out if we are 4th

I know this is wrong - posted again below.
