I was always worried about yesterday’s game. West Ham have given us plenty of trouble in fixtures over the last few years, no matter how average they are. They are very disjointed, but do have some very good players.

What concerns me now is Bournemouth. Under normal circumstances I’d be confident, but with our away form, injuries and fatigue and the fact we have the most important game of many years just a few days later it is a big concern. I’d say a draw might be enough, but we don’t do draws anymore.

Just goes to show how massive that Eriksen goal against Brighton was.

We badly need Cardiff to beat Palace so that Brighton have something on the line against the scum on Sunday. If Cardiff don't win Brighton wont give a shit against them

Scum are playing thursday night as well. Brighton a few days later could be a test for them, like it was for us

If Hazard is injured and out for two weeks, it will be the end of Chelsea’s season.

They’ve practically been a one man team this season.

If SAF was still in charge at OT, he’d probably assign a fringe player to ‘take one for the team’ ?
Mourinho tried that with Herrera, and Herrera got sent off. Safe to say that backfired.

Wishlist for today:
- Leicester to spank Arsenal into the middle of next week.
- Man City to win. Even though I like Klopp, the way he plays and the way he's built a team, I can't stand the thought of insufferable Liverpool fans if they win the league.
- Chelsea to be leading for the whole game at Old Trafford only to concede two late goals and lose.
- All our players to magically be declared fit for Tuesday.

Not too much to ask, is it?

that's annoying that they don't kick off at the same time. Palace are pretty useful away

Bournemouth have a lot of attacking flair too. We usually beat them because we have been able to exploit their fairly ordinary defence but not sure we have got that attacking momentum anymore. I think this is going to the last day .

Eriksen (91st minute) vs Burnley
Winks (93rd minute) vs Fulham
Llorente (87th minute) vs Watford
Son (83rd minute) vs Newcastle
Eriksen (88th minute) vs Brighton

5 goals in the last 10 minutes to turn draws into wins (worth 10 extra points).

Absolutely bizarre but extremely crucial because we have been absolutely useless at getting late equalisers.

12 defeats! 9 by a single goal margin!

How have we only been able to pick up one draw? Those extra points from turning losing positions into draws would have easily got us Top 4 by now (and closer to the top two).

On the other hand, we have come very close to 5 draws against teams we would expect to beat which could have cost us 10 points. The above, added to the 12 defeats, shows what a struggle it has really been this season and continues to be.

Brighton have been so shocking for the second half of the season that maybe having the pressure off might mean they play better! They can barely play any worse.

Arsenal have never lost a Premier League game that has kicked off at 12 noon, winning 15 and drawing four.

I really didn't need to hear that !!
