Yeah, we were more flaccid than Bill Oddie’s woodpecker that game
Absolutely, Liverpool got the plaudits but we were well below par, nothing like Spurs performance, I did wonder if it was because it was at Wembley, it was supposed to be our first game in the new stadium and there was a bit of a downer feel about it after we'd got all psyched up for going home.

We're closer to Citeh than I thought though. 4 tight games and with weakened sides recently.
City's success is less about being brilliant every match, and more about being terrifyingly consistent. That's the difficult part - one spell of bad form in this environment and your whole season is ruined. Just look at Liverpool. In a six game spell from the 30th of January to the 3rd of March they dropped 8 points. They'd only dropped 9 all season before then, and since then they've won every match. But they could very feasibly win their last three and still miss out on the title because of that one bad month (in which they still went undefeated and got 10 points!!). It's really, really tough not to have a bad few weeks all season, and I'd argue near-impossible unless you have a large, fit and talent-filled squad.

Apparently we've lost 11 games this season, more than we've lost in the previous 2, & we can't lose any more.

Hazard really is a brilliant player, surely the best in the league. The sooner he fucks off to Spain the better. Chelsea will miss him so much, he's irreplaceable.

Wouldn't be surprised to see 0-0 second half. Happens so often after a high scoring draw at HT it's crazy. Fingers crossed
