Question about print at home tickets

Hi everyone, quick question.

I got two tickets for the Anderlecht game on the website and chose the print at home option.

I received the acknowledgement email but where are the tickets?? Are they only released just before the game? On the email there is also a message saying tickets can be picked up at ticket office.

Mucho confused and would appreciate advice.

There should be a print your tickets option on the email. Failing that ring up the ticket office and get them to resend it or post them.

You get two emails. One with the confirmation and one with the tickets attached as a PDF and it should instant. I would check your JUNK folder in case they are in there. If not, email/phone the ticket office and they will resend.

if your a member all you need to do is produce your cards at the turnstiles, never hurts to take the e-mail with you for your seat numbers, though the way our Europa matches are being attended you might be able to get even better seating close by

Ah I got them on email after resending the request.

Funny though my dad chose two seats together and now they are two seats apart, not that it is an issue but seems to be a glitch in the system
