Howard Webb being put through it tonight, not doing himself any favours IMO.

I thought he held his own to be honest and gave some reasonable answers. Considering he now works in a higher role amongst referees he's not going to slate his fellow officials is he? He's there to backup his fellow referees and try and air their opinions and such

I was surprised at how much waffling he did in the clip posted above. Never even came close to answering the question. Two minutes talking without saying anything.

I found myself agreeing with him over Neville and Carragher on basically everything.

He answered most thrown at him really well...but the point those two keep missing is that in real time its very difficult especially when there are several things needing monitored at once.

His argument on Jack Wheelchair though was poor, ref looking right at the whole incident and not even a booking?! They were not going to take him too seriously after that!
