This thread has such a Spursy mentality in it.

We've not kicked a ball since Sunday but we're shit. Other teams are winning games while we haven't had a game so we're shit. Some player we could have signed but didn't is doing well so we're shit.

Defeatism everywhere. All over this forum. Some of you must walk around in bubble wrap 75% of your lives you're so pessimistic.

Been saying it for ages the fans expect things to mess up and have this defeatist attitude and wonder why the club fails to do anything tangible, Tottenham actually meet the fan's expectations so there should be no surprises or no outrage when it happens.

Misery loves company for sure, i'm not sure wether to pity them or laugh. Guess you gotta walk in their shoes they should in theory be amongst the happiest folk around.Think about it, Spurs lose they get a chance to scratch that itch 'told you so',i'm Nostradamus reincarnated.Spurs win they get to enjoy the fruit's of another's labour.Bit selfish to have your cake and eat it.

Took a second and I chose laughter there's been some belter's in fairness. All types of shithousing would surely have Mourinho blushing.I like those turncoats the ones that proclaim a willingness to back the necessary changing of the guard at Spurs, but only til Spurs lose a game. Then its pop up pirate Mourinho style gotta grab them tasty ratings fresh off the the hostile matchday thread.I like constructive criticism,I dislike folk not having the spine to back their initial opinions.

Nothing wrong with opinions changing with enlightenment it's the ones that pretend to I dislike.Sorry for namedrop but Rez say's it best, regarding the lack of honesty from certain poster's.I literally could not give a toss if you dislike Mourinho and his methods just own that shit when you're called out for it.

We did it your way fancy football, lovable manager it failed for one reason or another, now it's Mourinho's turn live with it.Tbh I wanted to say our turn, in that I enjoy Mourinho's intended brand and this ain't even close to what it should be.That's why I hope a number of departures occur as soon as viable to get Mourinho his required tools in place.

Regards enlightenment i'd genuinely appreciate if one of the comedians that predicts Spurs to lose our next game could add a bit of context to it beyond were shit yadi yada. No really i'm fascinated how the thought enters the head when it's factually proven Spurs win more often than they lose.Ergo you're more often than not going to appear a bit of a gammon,i'm serious is the lust to call a Spurs defeat first that overwhelming in the name of some ratings. As oppose to you know backing your team atleast til a ball is kicked in earnest.

Salah and Firmino on the bench tonight for Liverpool, front 3 of Mane, Origi, Shaqiri. Hopefully Burnley can nick a point there.

.

Not good news for us that Matip is back for our game against them next week. Salah will also be well rested.
