No where close to enough. Even in the periods where I cam remember the atmosphere being good, ie the Jol days and early Poch / the last season at WHL especially, we were so rarely actually intimidating for referees or opposition players. We've always been very (too) quick to turn on our own instead of the opposition.I don’t think we have enough of these types. We have plenty but it’s a big old ground we’ve got now. Lots of tourists floating about.
Was never going to win the ball. Knew exactly what he was doing. They're so full of shit its embarrassing. That is utter bollocks from Keane and Souness. He hit the keeper before the ball had even reached them, of course it's a foul.
Yeah but they have to play up to the hard man, the PFM who doesn't stand for this stupid protection stuff. Was never going to win the ball. Knew exactly what he was doing. They're so full of shit its embarrassing.
This 100%, it reminds me of Fergie’s old Utd teams.
Yeah I'm as annoyed with Liverpool as everyone else but there's no great conspiracy going on.
You have to factor in that Liverpool creates more chances than any other team which in turn bodes for more 50/50 VAR situations, penalty kicks etc.
They do get a lot of media coverage though. But so do United and other teams with a large fan base. It's just media logic, we get more coverage than say Wolves or Sheffield United.
The media attention is annoying, I mean after Tyler said 'ITS LIIIIIIIVE' Sky actually kept the cameras on rather than going to advert like they usually do and sat in silence because of youll never walk alone - like thats just cock sucking and brown nosing at its finest
But the refereering really isnt somethign to be annoyed up. Like you say they have a whole heap more of the ball, they way they play is fast paced, their footballers are fast and they create more chances so the law of averages and all that
Planet AnfieldOn what planet is that a foul?
