Interesting @fuzzylogic do you mind sharing where you played? I can imagine there is a lot of science and tailored fitness plans for each individual player these days.

I'm was signed at Falkirk when they were actually pretty decent unlike these days. They had a few good players back then, Mo Johnston, John Clarke, Brian rice and a certain Tony parks who we all remember. Think they finished 4th or 5th during my time there, then I just walked out with 2 years on my contact

Thanks for replying. Yes I remember Johnston and Clarke and of course who could forget Tony. Did you just get fed up with the game? Anyway I am prying. Good to see you on here and providing some insight from your experience as a player.

One of our finest ever players and one of the best Scotland produced came from Falkirk the late great John White.

Tony was a top bloke, always loved when I wore my spurs top into work. I played in the same team as Gary naysmith who played with Everton, he couldn't get the left back position from me though so he played left mid. Change of management at Falkirk when Jim Jefferies left for hearts and John Lambie came into the club. The whole place was in turmoil with his training methods, team selection etc. I'm a pretty stubborn guy even was at a young age. The assistant manager was an old school dictator and quite frankly a bully and a massive dickhead. One night before a reserve game I just snapped and had enough. Just walked out and never went back, I had offers from Ipswich and Southampton to go down there after it but it my head every club was gonna be the same. So I walked and left my boots hung up for good after that day.

I forgot to mention in my reply above that MUTV have the rights for Utd game on 25th July.

Nothing showing yet for the home game against Inter. I'm wondering if the club are going to show it on Spurs TV with a late announcement?

Our keeper is Edward Smith - possibly a trialist? May be Ted Smith that plays for Southend and was an England youth international.

HT 1-0 We have played quite well but everything is in front of Ebbsfleet making it easy for them.

Our best player in the first half has been Dennis C he had a slow start but as the game has gone on he has been getting better.

Hinds has done well in Midfield, TOB not doing much,Spurs are in this match.

TOB played very well in the last 20min
They moved him into Central midfield and he looked a lot better.

Thorpe done well when he came on and finished off a good move for his goal.

Man of the Match for me Hinds played well at CM then was moved back to RB.
