Lloyds Bank have announced by 2015 that 40% of their senior management team will be made up of women.

So at some point this year they are going to have to sack or demote 600 members of staff just because they are male - and have an employment process whereby you have to be female to apply for a job.

That's not sexist at all is it?

You should try working at my art college. The number of permanent members of staff that are female is around 90%. The people that make up the hiring committee are all female too.

Doesn't mean I have any sympathy for anyone in a senior management position for a major bank like Lloyds. Earning massive wages for contributing to the misery of millions. Well done (y)
