I've been extremely critical of his team selections, but his players let him down today IMO. Dier and Davies especially. He set up his team almost exactly as we all suggested.
The players showed no fight or urgency until the 80th minute when we were on the brink of dropping points. When the manager's best supposed skill is his ability to motivate, and the team has been completely at utterly bereft of motivation for going on a year (and bleeding points with every league match to boot), the time has come. He's got to fucking go.

All I've read from opposing fans over the years is that we'll be a mid table team once Poch leaves.

Jokes on them - we've managed that with him still here!

Not sure how we're going to get a better manager in though... Can't see Mourinho or Allegri wanting to come into our team in the current position we're in.
If only there was some way to change underperforming players during a match.

I don't think any change is going to get immediate results. I feel fresh ideas and a new approach is needed.

I think Mourinho would consider us. Walking into a talented squad performing poorly isn't the worst situation.

I love the guy but unless there are big plans for the next two windows, I am Poch out.

Only Levy knows.

If Levy is holding out hope that some club will pay to buy him out of his contract he’s deluded. His stock has fallen dramatically and there’s no way any club would be willing to pay £30m to bring him in.

Equally there’s no chance that we’ll be on the hook for the rest of the compensation he’s entitled to under his contract as Poch will surely get another job even if he takes the rest of the season off to get his mind right. He’ll have another job come next summer and six months’ worth of pay is surely less costly than continuing to allow us to be dragged into a relegation scrap.

His compensation should in no way factor in to the decision to sack him, we’ll neither benefit from nor be damaged much by his contract. Pull the fucking trigger.

Stay. It isnt his fault. It’s Levy’s.

But Poch, Kane, Son, etc will all go within a few years to win trophies because the chairman has no such ambition. Sad but that is the case. We need new ownership. Too bad no one will admit that.
Are they not part of the problem on recent performances where do they go? Poch has won nothing not exactly Juve and Madrid level

Changed my vote to go... so wanted Poch to turn it around but it just seems broken beyond repair.
I still hope he can sort it out and prove me wrong, but in my opinion its time for a change.

Still want him to stay but if he walks ( Levy will never sack him) his replacement has to be Brendan Rodgers
