With all the inflated transfer fees going around, I'm wonder why not many lower league players haven't been given a chance.

Having watched Porthmouth Vs Sheffield United a player caught my eye Scott Allan- who showed excellent dribbling skills decent pace and good on both feet, anyone heard of him? also is there any other players anyone could recommed watching.

Heard good things about Allan when he was at Dundee Utd. Definitely one to look out for.
