The dive was silly - hopefully he learns from it and we move on. We got away with the win, so not too much harm done. Be interesting to see who of PEH and Skippy gets the start. Silly today because he was looking good but stupidity got the better of him and the dive was just plain daft. No need for that whatsoever.

Can't Scouse it because it was absolutely the right decision to send him off.
I'm not angry with him, I'm just disappointed.

Worst part of it is he had so many chances to pass too with players in space all around him

I would move sarr there personally and play hojberg at 8. Sarr can at least receive it under pressure

100% agreed, I doubt Bents will be anywhere near ready anyway so the next best option would be to play Sarr in that position.

he's very likely to end up suspended for chelsea as lets be honest he will get booked against palace and that is going to be a tough game now they are finding their feet. Poch will be keen to not be embarrassed on his return.

I think Bissouma will come back in for Palace. Ange strikes me as a manager who takes one game at the time and on a narrow pitch at Selhurst Park, we need him dribbling through the midfield to get openings.

I also think he is capable of avoiding a yellow card as he would be desperate to play in the Chelsea game and probably feels a bit indebted to the team for letting them down.

He's had 39 yellow cards in the PL and the mishap against Luton was the first time he's got a second yellow card. There has been plenty of times where he has received an early yellow and continued without it effecting his game. If he plays like he is already on a yellow and only saves that type of challenge if he really needs to, I think he will be fine.

His only other red card in the league was the incident below, so the fact that he hasn't got sent off for a defensive challenge suggest to me that he's got more discipline than he gets credit for (but Biss if you aggressively question the ref on Friday I will scream at the TV!)

Lesson learned, he'll be back against palace and boss it. I remember Zokora doing something similar, everyone making it clear we're not impressed by that here, and drawing a line under it.

He sucks playing with Hojbjerg. They can never click. Has to be only Sarr and Maddison with him, Bentancur to come in for Maddison against Citeh. Thankful he's not suspended for Citeh instead.

Plays within himself too much. You would think with Bentancur back he would push harder to stay in the team. Maybe has gone the opposite way and he's now uncertain of his starting place. People disagreed when I suggested he looks more likely to be replaced by Bentancur than Sarr at the moment. He hasn't changed my mind as yet.
