It's not a reasoned debate, I responded to your first post strictly discussing the football and then after you've come in with the "did you go to the live game" and then your posts have been full of utter shit, so don't lecture me on tone and language when you know you're being an asshole and telling me my post is "one of the most uneducated" suggesting something which I literally didn't say and made yourself look foolish and now you're going for the strawman again about the live games. I've been to loads of games over the years mate, I just decided to cancel my membership a couple of years ago and stop giving Daniel my money. If you wanna keep giving Daniel your money so you can bring it out when you're failing spectacularly to come up with a better point, you are more than welcome to that sense of superiority mate :)
You are "giving Daniel your money" by watching on Sky. Or don't you realise that?

In any case, Ndombele was godawful today when he came on and gave us absolutely no reason to start him in the next game.

Let's stick Nile John in, he can't do worse.

I actually use my mates sky in return for my netflix/disney+ login, I don't give them a penny  In any event, I didn't want to disparage those who goes to games but if somebody is going to try and belittle me for watching on TV then I'm going to respond in kind.

I think the point you made earlier that when he comes on he has to bust a gut is a fair one, I'd argue he didn't warrant dropping today and I'd certainly start him next game because over the recent games he's shown more than any other player in that position even if he didn't perform today. I'd much rather that than chuck Nile John into this mess especially considering what is going on with Scarlett.

I think you should go to a game for a change to get rid of your anger. If you have to resort to the tone and language in your response rather than reasoned debate then let’s leave it there.
The old you need to be at games bullcrap. If you know F all about football it doesn't matter where you watch it.

You can insult, challenge, criticise the players of the 80s, 90s era

This generation? No way.. definitely not Ndombele. He has 0 mental fortitude. Dropping him for no apparent reason vs one of the biggest club in Man Utd is similar to pressing the reset button.

I reckon we are going to need another 3 months to coax him out of his shell.

Will be very interesting to watch Ndombele under Conte. Apparently Conte wanted to bring him to Inter. Hopefully we'll finally get to see the best of Tanguy.

That is true but if you’ve got a bit of common sense and understanding then there is a massive difference between watching a game on a 42’ TV with muppet commentators & a director showing you what he wants to show you, rather than watching the whole pitch/picture/game and focusing at certain times on things you want/need to look for that a TV picture can never give you

I wonder if Conte would use him as the deep-lying midfielder he likes to use at the base of his midfields.

That is the spot where I think a fit and motivated Tanguy would operate best.

Kessie - Ndombele - Hojbjerg would be really interesting.

Conte has always had speed and running legs in the middle, that's why I think there will be a hard time for Hojberg under Conte. Ndombele will improve massively

At Inter he ran with Eriksen - Brozovic - Barella. Hardly much speed in there.

Eriksen may be the smartest presser there is and Barella is for sure quick and works his socks of. Conte put Eriksen at first on the bench because he didn't run enough. Think about how Conte used Kante more or less as a 10 to start the press same with Giaccherini in the Italy squad. Hojberg is way to slow in that sort of play

Will benefit if Conte goes three at the back. Means Ndombele can be in one of the two deeper CM positions without worrying about a lack of cover, and that's where he's best.

Would massively improve our build-up if he can become our Brozovic/Fabregas type and become the deep-lying playmaker rather than having to shoehorn him in at 10.

Tanguy Ndombele Cycle:
- Starts season unfit, poor mentality, out of manager's plans
- We can't sell him <--- [You are currently here]
- Impresses in substitute appearances for our midfield who is struggling to break through press and progress the ball as he builds up fitness and confidence
- Fit enough to start and play 60 minutes for a good stretch of matches, fills massive gap in Spurs squad and electrifies the pitch weekly
- Manager is sacked, new manager finds Tanguy's mentality lacking and benches him
- Tanguy validates manager's lack of belief by being moody in training because he was dropped
- Offseason begins, Tanguy hibernates for 3 months and returns to training unfit

Repeat

I for one look forward to step 4
Step 4 was awesome!

42? It's all about the 65.
