What time do we usually make announcements?

I thought 5pm these days, but we've had 10am and 3pm chucked into the ring in the ITK thread. I remember the contract renewals often being earlier announcements, less so on transfers.

Lucas was 10.30am on twitter. Edit: That could be wrong, twitter is saying the Aurier announcement tweet was 4.30am so could be busted!
