I am not following blindly by giving you an agree or winner because I disagree with your stance just because of a pertinent point. At £63m, if he comes in and is a big success he'd be worth double what we paid easily.

Even if he doesn't set the world alight, with his age and profile (France international, CL squad of the season) we'd likely still be able to get £30-40m back for him unless he has a career-altering injury or something along those lines.

It's well worth the risk at that price in the current market. No reason not to at least agree a fee and let the player decide.
