Spends too much time playing as a full back which is obviously an instruction - way too early to judge him yet. Also, not being as good as Son or Kane is hardly surprising is it, unless we've turned into the Real Madrid Galactico's or something?

There’s clearly a spot we’d all be happy with in between what’s he’s offering now rather than being as good as Kane and Son. No one is expecting that of him.

When he’s out through he hasn’t the speed to get away. Works hard but may as well play Doherty in his current role!

Stevie has been a strange one. He first joined us and I thought his end product was good and was his biggest strength and at times a tad bit lazy. Yet the harder he now works for the team this season, the less quality he has produced in the final third.

Usually Bergwijn makes up for his lack of shooting ability with some good passes and good defensive work. But today he is poor all around. No need to change opinion of him on one game, everyone has an off day.
Hardly one game, let’s be honest he’s been poor all season bar the odd good half or so here and there. Don’t get me wrong, I like the guy and hope he can turn it round, but he’s had far more bad games than good this season

Have no problem with our wide players putting a defensive shift in and the team shouldn’t have passengers, but the attacking players primary job is to cause problems in the opposition final third.

Potential new scapegoat now Davies and Winks don’t start matches regularly...
Scapegoat is the lamest word used on this forum. Is anyone on here saying we drew because of him? Or are people wanting more from him?

Also we’re playing a lot better without those two “scapegoats” aren’t we?

Though his defensive work was fine today and better than any of the alternatives would've done, but his out-balls were terrible. Seemed to overhit or misplace every single long pass and piled the pressure back on us.
Exactly this! If we're going to play on the counter, we absolutely cannot have players who continue to give the ball away like that.

I suppose the passenger ticket doesn't expire while we're winning.
You were so happy in 1986. What happened?

Good player, works hard, tactically disciplined and balances our attack out nicely and is still young and improving BUT could do with being more effective in the final 3rd.

He is definitely someone who would have benefitted from a coach like Pep or Klopp in order to improve his attacking game, I just think at 23 years old coming from the Eredivisie he already has the core skills but they're skills that need to be refined and a coach who always like to play on the front foot where they constantly get on the ball would have seen him push on, Jose isn't that sort of manager.

whilst agree with you to an extent let’s not judge him too quickly - he’s been with us less than a year. I think he’s got plenty more levels to go up but the system we’re playing is currently skewed to maximise the talents of Son/Kane. With injuries and suspensions etc.. this could change later on in the season given Bergwijn more of a attacking remit.

Utterly worthless piece of garbage.

Two big moments, 1v1 with the keeper, and choked them both.

If you want to win trophies, you need big players taking their chances in big moments, the complete opposite of Bergshit. He's a slow, overweight hack who can't finish, can't assist, can't do anything particularly well.
