100% agree.

Rafa couldn't even get a look in for Madrid. They must have had some team considering he became a club legend for us.

Both Bentacur and Kuluveski feature regularly for Juve - so we should be welcoming them with open arms, imo.

They have not been elite these last few seasons. They have been poor by their standards and their midfield has been a big problem. Buying Bentancur is no different than us getting Fred/Mctominay/Xhaka/Elneny. This is not like when we got vdv from Real.

I think Bentacur has a sell on clause with his former club so I imagine this is all dodgy accounting and we’re deflating his fee and paying a bit more for Kulusevski to maximise Juve’s overall return.

They're good players, not deadwood. But yes, it is good for Juve, and good for us. Further, we're only actually giving Juve €19m for Bentacur and nothing for Kulu UNLESS we qualify for the CL in which case it will be worth the additional 40m.
