In response to that agent talk, did this post make it over here? Apologies if so. Taken from reddit:

Dragusin's agent just appeared live on the #1 show here in Romania to talk about the move, here's the most interesting bits
  • Most expensive transfer in history of Romania (30m with bonuses)
  • The medical tests at Spurs grounds were passed, he's on his way right now to do another set at a private facility somewhere else
  • The agent is drinking a "good ass coffee at the Spurs grounds for free right now" (LMAO??)
  • Deal was finalized officially at around 3 am, Levy stood up and called the agent in the middle of the night
  • It was Dragusin's choice to come to Spurs
  • He talked to both Tuchel and Ange, Ange was more convincing
  • Winning trophies at Bayern would not have been fulfilling if he benches
  • He's gonna start against United (this is more of a hunch of the Agent, nothing confirmed)
  • He's tailor-made for Premier League, "tall, fast, strong and young"
  • One time the agent said that "6 or so months ago, no pundit show was calling me to talk about Dragusin and i did not understand why", the host of the show apologizes and agrees that people were overlooking Dragusin
  • When asked "where do you see your player in 5 years (end of contract duration)?" he said "Real Madrid"

Loves a filter? starting to wonder if he's got Ollly Skipp and Luke Littler hooked up to machines at the weekend and he's steeling the life juice out of em.
He's clearly an energy vampire who sucks the lifesource out of people

Literally found stuff out an hour or so before it was announced, how close to edge could you be that an hour makes that much difference.
This is what I was thinking. I always appreciated his heads up but it actually made no difference. You would find out as soon as the club announce it anyway. Its not like its going to get missed.

Obviously what was covered off in this all sounds great. Im excited for this signing.

also…… The Italian reporter in this clip was brilliant. Very impressed with the way she delivered that insight.
I liked that she said he would talk about his weaknesses later and then there weren't really any! She only mentioned maybe his passing may not be as good as our current CBs but then she praised his long passing a lot. Interesting as well that his mum, dad and sister all played professional sports.

His agent is genuinely going to be an issue...

True, but of he seems to have his head screwed on. If Madrid come hunting then that means we will have made a very shrewd buy for a young CB who has smashed it in the PL. Also means at the very least we make a big profit.

Whatever happens, if he does live up to potential, we need to move early for contract extensions like we did with Udogie and Sarr. In the meantime it's important our scouting continues to ensure we never rely too much on one or two stars and we always have long term succession planning in mind.

Has the announcement hold up got anything to do with sorting out the Spence deal? Or perhaps some kind of negotiation position for Kelly/Dier?

Just on the agent quotes being shortened by aggregators (shock) I saw this on reddit -

"I'm Romanian and i've listened the interview he had ,its not as bad as this guys tell You

The pundits asked him if Radu has bigger ambitions: And the agent says of course every player dream to play for Real Madrid or Barcelona ,but he s focused and happy to be at Tottenham

He also said that Tottenham is an incredibile club from every aspect

And about that free coffe, the pundits asked him laughing how much the coffee cost in england (we drink alot of coffe as a country so we are curious) and the agent said "this one was for free" and started laughing

He s not so bad this guys posting what he says and picking only upseting words make him to be"

He also mentioned he thinks it's the agent saying every players dream is madrid and Radu has never (publicly) said anything of the sort

Also someone else said that he signed with GG11 in November (same agent as Vicario) and this Romanian geezer is his previous agent from back home and was just acting as an intermediary while GG11 did the heavy lifting. No idea of the validity of that (other than he's shown as having GG11 as his agent on transfermarkt)

Alli Gold saying that Bayern offered him a salary more than double what we are giving him.

Much respect to the Dragon if that’s true.

edit: also Alli referenced that Bayern journalist who turned up at one of our press conferences with the Kane t-shirt. He’s apparently a bit salty at the moment….

Interesting to note that we average 12.10 corners per match (for and against) which is the 2nd highest in the PL. Dragusin’s aerial ability is going to be a huge asset in defending and attacking corners. Romero, VdV and Davies have all chipped in with goals from set pieces which is uncharacteristic from them so it’s obviously a weapon in our armoury as it is. Typically those goals have come as lifelines in games where we’ve struggled to break down teams with a low block as well (Brentford, Sheffield Utd, Luton, West Ham) so it’s a really important feature of our play. I suspect this figured highly in our thinking with Dragusin and would’ve certainly given him an edge over Todibo whose one major weakness is in the air.
