And how does Bayern communicate that to him and his agents? One of the three great CBs we already have might leave in 6 months, but anyways, please sign this dotted line for your 5 year contract?
It's more along the lines of "everyone is on a level playing field, you play well, train well, you will have a shot at usurping them for their role. Players are always coming and going. In the meantime, you will get to train with the best players and coaches in the world at our top notch facilities while winning trophies left and right. Also here is 200k per week."

I always feel that we have one massive advantage in things like this that gets discounted but I think Roman instinctively understood - we are in the heart of one of the two most exciting cities in the world. In terms of football, we are in arguably the most televised and followed league in the world, too. I don’t think it’s ever as cut and dried as oh Bayern are giants of football… plus…he was 16 when we were in the CL final (dear god! Hahaha)

Yep and fans fall for it . We have been ahead of the trend guys with info ℹ️ that’s what’s annoyed me it’s no one’s fault but we can’t respect every journalist in Italy as credible or any for instance . They’re creating news for engagement and a piece of what’s hot there’s always truth in information somewhere but the story gets Manipulated to suit the agenda of the person providing it. I knew this was coming tonight as I posted it earlier before I left.

on to the juicy stuff and I held this back.
Radu barring any u turn from the player and his camp we have Vera lot agreed the deal
With them will be on his way to spurs very soon. He wants to come here like I’ve said for a few days bayerns intrest was there prior but they certified it yesterday he’s attracted to it as Bayern is a mega club but they haven’t formalised an offer at all yet even if they do they have a lot to do and I will applaud them for it . At the same time he wants to play for ange and come to Tottenham ange has been massive with this deal he’s also concerned about playing time and his growth as a footballer in Germany . Spurs are trying to close the deal and it could drop within hours . I did say today was the day and with every transfer there’s hiccups and threats it’s so common but with the Italian media it’s fucking intensified .

the club are confident of competing this deal very very soon .

WLB xx 💋

Apologies for the punctuation I’m tired x
you have played a blinder here mate, well done and thank you :)

Depends if he wants to play in the best league in the world or go to Germany. Guaranteed trophies I guess and a slight chance of champs league although I can't see them winning it.

Giant forehead, but nothing new really

Oh it must be a open race as flights weren't booked. What a silly thing to mention. :ROFLMAO:

They really do love to stretch a story and make up small details to give it further credibility. For all we know this happened at 8am this morning and he has already made a decision or something.

The terms had been agreed with the player and Genoa last night/this morning.
Why didn't he sign?
Can only mean he was waiting for Bayern.
Nope lawyers have been overseeing the paperwork which is normal practice and nothing has been signed yet as far as I’m aware which keeps the invitation open . This is agents play at work here is trying to milk as much possible from this deal by presenting his client with the lottery of choices which is his job. Personal terms have been agreed but Bayern have matched the deal you have to applaud them if they’re serious as I said yesterday as there’s a lot that goes into it. Spurs believe they can over see this wave and get this done time will now tell . I’ll post as and when I can let’s just chill peeps x

Bayern think they're funny, but we'll have the last laugh with this - we'll refuse to sell Eric Dier to them.

That'll teach them to mess us around.
Maybe it’s all a ruse to make us lower our asking price for Dier by 250k?

Part of the benefit of people higher in the food chain is you can wait until deals are "done" so you know what the terms are and match them if you want. Let someone else do the legwork for you. Fortunately for us there are only a handful of clubs in the world higher in the food chain us. Unfortunately (maybe) for us Bayern is one of those.

Yup, I never really get mad at agents doing shit like this (frustrated yes) because at the end of the day, they are quite literally doing their job for their client and making sure their client gets as much money / move they want

That's what pool did with us for Diaz. We ain't top of the food chain and have to accept that.
Let's see if having the Don gets this over the line

Well, well. That would be a bit of a blow wouldn't it? Shame, but I also don't feel that "if we'd moved quicker" it would have really made much of a difference.

If Bayern were going to move, they would have come what may.

If we get him, great. If we don't, can we refrain from the unhinged Levy hate please?
