Atleti only getting between €5 - €7 mil for the loan apparently. The big thing for them is getting his wages off their books. I can't even find anything about an option or obligation. Im sure they where hoping for more.

15m or whatever the number is we should just take it and get on with signing Gallagher. Makes no sense to keep a player we don't want and miss out on a player we do want. Just compromise and get it done. Sure we might want a higher fee but there's an opportunity cost to keeping him.

It's not club, it's league ffp rules not allowing them spend more then they earned.
And with Barca being actually broke I reckon they're gonna pull some shady deal with Felix, so it may not directly help funding Pierre.

If they're not going to pay up it's a bit annoying that they're hampering a potential sale to Fulham, not just in the sense of the time it's taking but the fact that Alteti to Fulham is quite the downgrade for Hojbjerg to accept within a day
