Sarr is the heart beat of our new team guys! Everything just drops off a cliff when he leaves the pitch. He’s way better than Gallagher in my opinion at breaking up the play and playing it easy. His final ball deep in the opposition area needs a lot of work and Gallagher probably pips him in this department. But we’ve got the next gen Kante on our books. Love him x

How could he be on the bench Wednesday when hrs played 120 minutes last night? You wouldn't expect that in club football.

Even if he declared himself available I don't believe Ange would risk that considering he went down in the last game before he left.

Back for Everton, and likely in the starting XI.

What a transition, from skinny kid playing in and out of a lower div french team, to what he is today for us.

I doubt everyone will keep his rise (and probable fall) in context, and apply it to the rest of our squad in the future.

Great to see the kid carries on maturing at International level…..and isn’t injured!!

Welcome home Pape

Not impossible that our other two might be heading home tonight.
Sarr is a real bonus. Would not have been expected as Senegal usually go far in this competition.

Will be so good to have him back. He sets the benchmark for how much effort is needed to play in this team, and when he's in it, we go up a gear. With him, Bissouma and Maddison back we really are spoiled for choice.

Worth noting that Sarr and Bissouma are in a similar time zone, so shouldn't have any jet lag issues........Son on the other hand!

Definitely missed against City.

Hojbjerg, Skipp and Bentancur are quite slow so we need his legs.

That's why I said similar and not the same timezone :D .......I don't think 3 hours makes much difference from my experience. It was always east/west rather than north/south that affected me.
So Son shouldn't have a problem either...
