Neither Sarr nor Ollie Skipp looked the least bit out of place in the San Siro. That's bloody impressive for 2 CL debuts.

He's already special but the sky's the limit for him, especially when you consider we've got one of the best ever midfielders in Yaya Toure coaching in the academy. If the club aren't taking advantage of that arrangement they sodding well should be.

Looked a proper modern midfielder, hopefully gets a run in the first 11 now bentencur and bissouma crocked.

What a talent. He’s already a very good player and he’s only 20 years old.

In a more progressive system with the right coaching he could become an absolute monster of a player.

I mentioned last year that I know someone who played against him in 2020/2021 season and they said that he was not ready for the PL - too skinny and struggled physically at times but he could see he had talent.

Well, himself and the coaches (in December) have certainly worked on that and we are starting to see how far this kid can go.

He will obviously get game time now with our injuries but I really hope Conte doesn't cast him back to the bench when Bissouma returns.

If anything, he should be thinking about going with Sarr/Bissouma/Skipp in a 3 and letting the former 2 have a bit of freedom.

What a gift by FP before any sentencing. Sarr, Gil, Udogie - those signings I'll take every day of the week.

The guy is 20 and goes into the San siro and demands the ball and would run through a walk for the side. Really hope him and skipp have a healthy end to the campaign and get some form, will only be good for next year!

What a performance.

You can see how the last thing that he wants to do is pass it backwards. Even if it's 89 degrees he'd rather take that pass than jaff it off to the back line. We need this. Him and Bentancur in a 3 with someone lying deep gives me happy feelings.
