I've seen a lot of PSG during the years. The comporison to Townsend isnt that bad, but they are not a like at all except for theyr playstyle if you can say it like that. Moura can actually read what the defenders trying to do and has timing in is dribbling and the awareness of the other defenders and where to run. Townsend is good on the ball, but he didnt have much else, just ran and did what he could do. Moura has much better timing and awareness. Maybe not as fast, but he seems so much faster because of his timing and such.
I think timing is what make players fast, not the other way around. Unless you are Bale or Ronaldo and have both of them. Not sayin Moura isnt fast but more in a Messi-way than Bale-way.

Considering Walcott (29) cost Everton £20m and Carrilo (26) cost Southampton £19.2m, I'd say its a fairly good price considering his pedigree and age.
