Perisic and Sessegnon overlapping each other on the left flank (one at LWB, one at LW) could theoretically work well, if Moura is fit to start at RW. I'd like to see 3 CMs against Liverpool though.

Might have to play him in a front three with Harry and Moura this weekend, given our utter lack of attackers!

I'd prefer 3 in CM with 1 or 2 of them supporting the front 2 when appropriate. Would really like to see PEH, Bissouma and Bentancur stomp all over Liverpool's midfield.

It is what it is though, joined us injured and at his age it takes time to get back up to full steam. Be pleased if he keeps up this kind of form and comes back ready to contribute well second half of the season

He does, but I think the main thing is he’s definitely looked a yard or two sharper. He’s not just beating men with a stepover and gaining half a yard now, he’s blitzing past them

Sess doesn't offer enough from left wing back though. I prefer we use him there instead. He already has a handful of assists, albeit some are set pieces. Kane will also start most games so Richarlison will more often cover wide too. We definitely need a replacement for Moura and Gil (to allow him to go on loan). If we had Udogie we could push Perisic forward more and rotate Sess and Udogie.

I just don't think he any longer has required pace or physicality to do it in the prem. If you remember Conte played him in an attacking row when Son, Kulu, Richarlison were all out, and he look slow and ineffectual.

He played him against Liverpool and he hit the woodwork twice. Not saying he had a great game but ineffectual doesn’t really apply to that game given that he was inches from scoring twice.
