That's not quite true, I remember Royal playing a lovely cross field ball towards the end of last season.
Granted, he was on the wide left at the time (for some unknown reason!) and played it over to where he should have been but if I recall correctly, it did lead to a goal., ?

Kane is, but he’s probably just out practice receiving them when playing for spurs lol.
For England he’s headed in quite a few whipped in crosses.
Will be good to see Perisic playing a full match with our first choice front three.

Won’t play every game due to his age and his demanding the position is but he looks like a beast and he’s a phenomenal player, Sess will also learn a lot from him, fantastic exciting signing, one of the best LWB’s in the world the last few seasons and these days 33 is like the new 28/29 so plenty of life left in Ivan yet.
Baller and can’t wait to see him tearing it up.

I seem to be different to the entire site on this. These are 2 Rangers people commentating on a preseason friendly on Rangers TV . Of course they don't know a whole lot about Spurs.
For me I thought they were respectful and tried to be fair ,tho understandably they were more interested in Rangers.
A ton of grief has been loaded on them on SC re their commentary, I don't understand it .
Can't wait for him and Bissouma to fully integrate into the team.
Perisic should help us unlock a lot of teams with his play. Him and Son down the left will be a nightmare to defend and with his delivery from left and Kulusevski out right, Kane should have much better service from the start of this season

No probs, everyone to their own opinion.
For me they were uninspiring, very monotone and I wasn't referring to their Spurs interpretations just the overall set-up seemed very amateur and lacklustre.

Only thing I will say is, I don’t like how high he stands constantly. A few times we came left and there was no passing option as he was playing on the should of the defender. He needs to mix it up more, he’ll also get caught out in the league if he attacks so high constantly
If anything, I hate how deep our WB's have been starting these past 9 months, it's made them easy to defend against. Emerson was very high and wide when Hojbjerg slid the ball out to him in the build up to the fourth. Sessegnons disallowed goal saw him right up on the fullbacks shoulder.
