You’re a fine, young man, Herc. If you’re ever in Cornwall, give me a shout and I’ll buy you a pint.We are!
But don’t tell @coopsieyid the ASBO king; he’s a maniac and starts fights with shadows

Sorry, but fuck that! That's everything I hate about football these days. I know we have suffered from it in the examples that you have shown, but doing it ourselves just makes us as bad as the sugar daddy clubs who think they have a divine right to pick whoever they want from the peasants beneath them.
I've seen posts in here assuming that, for example, Palace should just role over and stop messing about with "silly" valuations of AWB and Zaha.......why should they? They are their players and maybe if we had dug in a bit more previously, we wouldn't have been looked at as easy pickings for the so called bigger teams above us.
There will always be a hierarchy in football, just the nature if the beast. But what makes English football so special is the lower teams that we still all know from the 4th division....it sets it apart from every other league in the world and it's important in my mind that that pyramid is always sustained so we do see players rise through the ranks. They will all get their moves but hopefully not through downing tools, being a brat, and kicking up a fuss cos that is just a shit way of ensuring we end up with a few teams at the top with squads full of the best players, some of whom, will never play because the riches of being on a bench at United outweigh the dream of just playing every week like their 7 year old selves dreamed of.
Sorry for going off on a tangent there but I just despise that "kick up a fuss" attitude.
Pretty obvious that this is Eriksen’s replacement, and knowing how we operate, I’d expect us to recoup most of the transfer fee this summer.
Isn’t he turd splatter
This isn’t selling to buy though, Eriksen is gone anywayYou're probably right, but you'd like to think that at least for one summer we wouldn't sell to buy...
...which would tee us up for a PL title challenge

Still seems mad talking about Tottenham and a £70m signing
Loaded question. He was first on Trippier to Napoli and Malcom to Roma (before they got gazzumped last year). He specializes in Italian clubs but really seems to be only reliable for a couple of clubs and agents. Depending on who Lo Celso's agents are I am not sure this is his wheelhouse.
Maybe not, but they can afford to wait until later in the window for improved offers to come in. They know they've got a valuable and coveted asset and there's still a long way to go until the window closes.Real Betis aren't even playing in the Europa League next season. I don't think they can't afford to keep him.
Just read that Juve have the same valuation for Dybala as Betis have for Lo Celso and Bayern have submitted a 70m bid for him. I know who I would rather have.
I don’t think Dybala and Dele can play at the same timeJust read that Juve have the same valuation for Dybala as Betis have for Lo Celso and Bayern have submitted a 70m bid for him. I know who I would rather have.
