Are you serious? Eriksen scores at least 10 goals every season and his role isn't even to score goals, it's to dictate play, which he does. Also this 'frequently goes missing in big games' myth is complete BS. I could probably write at least 20-30 occasions where he's got a goal, assist or generally just played well in a big game. Anyone we sign if Eriksen is sold will be nowhere near his level.

The corners thing I’ll buy but not enough goals? He has a better goal per game record (and remember, he’s barely missed a game for us which too so it’s a huge sample size) in the league than all of David Silva, Kevin De Bruyne, Mesut Ozil, Juan Mata, and a fraction worse than Coutinho in his Liverpool days. That’s despite Eriksen being what, our ‘3rd’ or 4th’ goal getter on the pitch in any given match, and also having been the top provider of assists in the premier league over the past 5 years (top 5 four times, 2nd twice).

The only issue with Eriksen is that there is only one who can do what he does for us.
