Know a lot about him as a fellow swede. Did well at parma but has not hit the same heights at juve.

He's in no way a RWB and will never be converted into one. He can play across the front three and played RW for Parma, but I think his prefered position is either 10 or as a secondary striker.

Also would people be happier getting him or diaz?

Plenty of summaries already on the thread but he's nowhere near Diaz's level. 4 years younger but not that kind of potential. Less pace, more techinical, hard worker, smart. Not oozing with obvious natural talent so doubt he'll blow anyone away straight away but he's got quality.

Just because we couldnt sign Dias , who is a better player, doesnt mean Kulusevski is shit or average

He was brilliant for Parma in his first season. When he came back to Juve, Paratici also got Chiesa in. Chiesa simply far better than him & ever since he is finding himself in sidelines. When Allegri came on, it got worse - Allegri plays two up top and doesnt see a place for him

If he comes to us, I can certainly see him making RW his own

I don't know much about either.

However, I'd like to understand where Diaz was in terms of career progress, when he was this kid's age: 21. EG: If we had the option of signing this guy at 21, versus when Diaz was 21, who would have come across as the better of the two?

Seems like Diaz has moved up a couple gears in the past two seasons. But would Juve have been interesting in Diaz when he was 19 or 20 years old?

May just be that the Juve lad has a lot of upside. May be that he's a very good fit for our system. May not have been first choice, but I really don't understand those who are writing him off as not being good enough.

He seems to have attributes that Conte values: Works very hard. Hard charger. Puts in a defensive shift, in terms of pressing. Intelligent with and without the ball. Coachable. Malleable.

Sounds like he's not the fastest. But, again... that can improve. Sounds like his confidence is shot. Again, that can improve.

Also, he might take time to adapt. Been at Juve for 18 months and although he plays most games he still puts in a lot of underwhleming performances (to be expected at his age, under two managers). But I mention it because I can see some of our fans getting on his back if he isn't peak Bale in the first month

Mate Diaz is special. I don't know his history, but right now he's special, and from my YouTube only views of this guy he'll never be Diaz. No shame in that.
If he's good for us, he's good for us.
Fuck Diaz and the bin dippers. We're Tottenham and this is our boy.

Well, Diaz stats when he was 19,20,21 don't exactly paint the most impressive picture.

Point being, is that we have no idea if this kid will be as good or worse at 25. But if we were going after Diaz when he was 21, based on these stats I think many of us would feel underwhelmed.

Amrabat can wait slightly ?
I dunno, I'm sure I got briefly excited by him the other day.
It doesn't take me much to talk myself into a new player, whether it's Vlahovic or the lad from Lewes, I end up convincing myself they're going to become legends!

I blame the happy pills I'm on for depression, they've probably got a lot to answer for in terms of my senseless optimism during transfer windows! ?

So he’s slow, one footed and average then?

Who cares less how fast he is? People are absolutely obsessed with pace these days. He’s no slower than Eriksen who had more ability in his little toe than any of these overhyped pace merchants who are going for huge sums. The ball will always move faster than a player can carry it.
