I liked his interview after the game.

Used the word angry to describe how he felt about the result.

Mentioned we were the better side but made mistakes and that the team can only blame themselves, but then said we attack together and we defend together when the interviewer tried to push on asking about the individual defending involved.

Good head on his shoulders.

He’s right up there as being our most consistent player since he joined.
Yeah he was the one providing the quality and frankly the change we made felt like a change for the sake of it rather than with a plan. Kulu was bulldozing them.

best player on the pitch, why the fuck was he subbed?
I felt the same way, we immediately looked worse without him and lost that physical presence. We can only hope that the rest he received can be put to good use putting Brighton to the sword on Wednesday.

I feel we’re not far away from needing a full overhaul in attack.

Kane, Son, Moura - approaching their later years as forwards.

This is the guy that I feel we can build around though. I also wonder if his long term future is more central, and more involved.

Let’s be honest- the season is petering out. No chance of 4th now. Time for a rebuild. Really glad we’ve got this guy to help build around. Technical, clever, hard working, dangerous - a really good player.

It’s just the rest of the starting XI we need to sort now…

If we could get in a rapid wingback to overlap him and create space we could have a very dangerous flank.

I think about the prospect of Livramento and him on the right. The amount of high quality crosses and passes into dangerous areas from that side of the pitch alone would just be unrelenting.

Got a good brain on him, sees things that Kane sees, strong, good control and a wonderful eye for a through ball. Can't believe he's only 21. I'd get him on a 6 year contract!!!!

Just need to find a right footed version of him to play centrally or on the left to challenge Son and we'll be set for a long-time

Very very good addition. I think he's been more consistent than Kane tbh and deserved the MOTM against Everton. It says a lot that the one out of our front three that is most at risk of being rotated is Son.
