Llorente has been getting so much grief for not scoring yet Sanchez gets away with it? Double standards on here once again, shameful.
Completely disagree.Was poor today.
Completely disagree.
Had a major battle for sure but I think he handled it well. Won lots of tackles/challenges.
Did you notice Dier was picking up Rondon at first but couldn’t handle it so Sanchez took over.
I disagree because I think you’re wrong. I’m not one to say he played good when he doesn’t but for bar the goal he battled Rondon well while covering acres of the field when we pushed forward.I don't think Davinson did much better. Was bullied today. I don't understand how anyone can disagree. I think he's an awesome player but today wasn't his best.
Bullied how ? One challenge? Which I’ve already explained looked much worse from side than behind goal.I don't think Davinson did much better. Was bullied today. I don't understand how anyone can disagree. I think he's an awesome player but today wasn't his best.
Rondon continuously knocked him away while he had the ball. That's how. Wasn't one challange.Bullied how ? One challenge? Which I’ve already explained looked much worse from side than behind goal.
The mistake was all down to inexperience. He thought he could brush Rondon off the ball, nip in front and then take the ball. Unfortunately he ended up not knocking Rondon off of his stride and losing sight of the ball.
He'll learn from it and in future will make sure he knows his opponents strength before deciding to go for the man (shoulder barge) or ball first.
I think that was his first challenge with Rondon and he actually got the better of him after that which is a good sign. It's a shame that he didn't get an opportunity to measure up with Rondon first because if he had I think he'd have been more cautious.

Apart from coming out second best against Rondon for their goal I thought he did well in the game today.
