It's done. Chillax. If I was the admin and I had a bunch of 13 year olds tweeting me "announce romero" I'd be taking the piss too.

The deal is done, whether it's announced today, tomorrow. It's irrelevant, we all know the deal is done. The second you get your announcement fix we'll be right away annoyed that it's too quiet on what the next target is, desperate for our next fix. So i'm begging you, just enjoy the fact we've just signed a top CB, revel in this signing for 24 hours regardless of when there's a tweet about it before we're all looking for our next hit.

Precisely...and in the mean time if they could stop being complete twats towards our women’s captain and her fantastic achievement, that would be grand.

This. This social media generation has such a bad "I want it now" no patience mentality. Then as soon as they get it, it'll be on to Tomiyasu or someone else immediately.

A top is someone who gives while the bottom takes it. Atalanta are simply saying they’ve fucked Juve right up their arsehole.
What a wonderful analogy :ROFLMAO:. It reminded me of being in a pub once and a guy asked "What is a black hole ?" My friend instantly looked up from his pint and replied "A star that's gone tits up" and returned to his drink.

I don't think anything anyone has been twattish towards Women's Football. The reason people are reacting is because they are all waiting on an official announcement on a new signing and the admin drops a tweet about the Olympics. The reaction would be the same if they'd tweeted about the skywalk or a youth signing... Or literally anything that isn't a tweet confirming the signing.

I didn't see any misogyny, and I was half expecting to.

Oh I don’t think it’s too deep, I think it’s stupid under any tweet tbh.

It's not misogynistic, no, but it still takes away the shine of an immense achievement. I hate the people on social media who spend their time going "announce x, y and z" under every tweet a club makes.

Or they're waiting to tweet everything else they need to get out today before shifting the focus onto the new signing. Rather than announcing him then following up with other stuff. They know they have eyes on everything they post now. Once it's announced their audience drops.

I am reliably informed by my Father (who is sitting here with me awaiting the Romero announcement) that it was something powdery that you put in your tea/coffee instead of milk (n)(n)
Ask him if it could mean superiore? Whether this refers to the club or how he feels , I’m not sure.
