I always imagined he reads the contracts with a team of lawyers assembled like Captain Pickard and crew on the bridge of the Enterprise. It starts off on track but before they know it his second in command has been transported to another dimension and Levy has to solve all manner of puzzles and riddles before finally realising he’s trapped in his own mind and the transfer clock is ticking. Sometimes he’s able to escape and win the day but usually he just ends up shagging 19th century French prossies in the hollodeck.
