I see a good player in there, especially remembering his age and the type of team he's been playing for. Quick, willing runner, often offering a give&go or outlet that would have been taken advantage of with Biss, Madd, etc. Could do with being a bit more aggressive and improving some decision-making, but that's what a great coach should be able to bring out.

Tbf my main takeaway from that video is how much time he spent having to track back and defend due to how Forest play.
