This American site specializes in American football contracts, which may well be more open in their 'draft ' system but I'm not convinced our ' active roster 'info will be any thing other than trawling through internet links of other people's guesses as to salaries.

There's loads of these sites that claim to know the details of private contracts between an employee and their club. Lots of people (for some reason) are a little obsessed with the salaries of players. These sites get plenty of ad revenue from the clicks.

Few years ago I had a BT engineer around doing my internet , he was a Spurs fan and said he was a good friend of Jake Livermore who was with us at the time, he said that Jake was on £33,000 per week so figures stated may be close to the truth.

Jake left us in 2014 he was only a fringe first team player not the highest paid so if he was on £33,000 in 2014 I am sure 5 years on players salaries have increased hugely, think the accounts come out in about June so have to see what the wage bill is compared to last year.

Yeah I get all that, I'm saying a lot of those salaries on the website are guesswork.

The three top earners is what I've heard of before, with Kane also on heavy bonus on top of that.
Also Sissoko apparently on £90k, surprised that's not listed as it's been mentioned a lot.

Our 2017/18 accounts show £148m spent on player wages. That site shows an $89m total two seasons on so something doesn’t add up.

The accounts include everyone that is employed by the club, the site does not - and in addition list that they don't have the numbers for every player

Fair point. A bit of googling suggests we had about 450 FT employees that season. Some like Levy and Pochettino would have been paid several million but most would be getting the normal wages for retail/admin/marketing/IT/sales positions. I can’t see our non-player wage bill being anything like the £50-60m gap in those figures.

Bonuses might account for a lot though. That’s not covered and we supposedly pay very good performance bonuses to players.

They don't have data (whether fact or made up) on all players. For instance, Sissoko and Vorm don't have salaries listed. I can therefore only assume that the pair are on about 60m/yr.
