No. I think the response was that it was all irrelevant until they are signed. Which it is.
No one was calling ITK out for lying.

I get that but the initial response stemmed from Ronwol implying we haven’t been after RS and GLC when we have multiple ITK to the contrary. That was the point I was making :)

Why are we talking about what arsenal are doing?? Pepe smokescreen for zaha imo let’s hope Daniel starts signing these players it is documented that his pursuit of aubameyang was awful he moved the goal posts hundreds of times made an easy transfer difficult and missed a good squad player.

Only natural for fans to be annoyed at Arsenal potentially closing a club record signing with hardly any UK media coverage in the middle of us having two imminent signings (as of UK media and ITK last monday) dragging on with hardly any updates. Added to the fact most of us suspect this Dybala link is a Pr stunt and it's a potent cocktail.

In theory it's still shaping up as a big window for us but after an early deal in Ndombele it's starting to feel familiar. Hopefully Lo Celso speeds up this weekend.

Although if Levy pulls off a madness with Dybala I'm sure everyone will chill!

Oh man, I really want us to sign Dybala ? I just want to be put out of my misery. Feels like 2 summers ago when we were linked to Martial and I got myself hyped up.

I'm just waiting for every time I refresh social media or this site that the Dybala link will be shot down so I can spiral into unhapiness

I hate that I do this to myself.

We've addressed our biggest issue with the player who was literally the best available in his position, and one of the best talents in world football.

As for the other links, Lo Celso is only due back to Betis this week and the Dybala stuff has only just come out. We've pretty much done as much business as most of our rivals, and more than the rest.
Lo Celso seems to have been coming back to sign/do medical ‘next week’ for a while now. Not sure whether there is actually a total impasse between us and Betis, with the fee.

This guy is the statement signing we need. He’s a huge huge name in the world of football, and he’s still only turning 26 this year. Son, Kane and Dybala up top would be the best attack in the league. He has 32 million followers on Instagram, that’s a huge amount of people shifting their attention to Spurs even if just inquisitively. This along with Ndombele in one window would completely change the narrative of our ability in the transfer market.
Also, Dybala, Lo Celso and Foyth seemed to get along very well from Argentinian training pics posted.

Duncan Castles claimed United had agreed a move for him about 2 months ago.

I think it’s pretty clear he’s being moved deeper? He’s played deeper in all the games so far in pre season along with most of last season. (I thought it was just due to injuries) however we look set on the diamond and using dele as left/right cm.

I wouldn’t say that it’s clear at all. Last season we were down to minimal midfield numbers and had to play him there. Two pre season game doesn’t necessarily mean he’s going to be played deeper.

It would also be idiotic to play him there as his real threat is his goal scoring ability. He’s wasted when played deep.

Is the twitter account epllion legit or utter WUM?
Comments on there that dybala is in advanced talks.
My first though was our plans have constantly been in flux due to decisions outside of our control.
First iteration was adding Lo Celso and Ceballos to replace Eriksen, but then Real not willing to allow Ceballos purchase option shifted things.
Then second iteration, the Eriksen / Real move appeared to cool and it looked like Eriksen was going to stay, so we’d end up with Lo Celso and Eriksen.
Now the third iteration, Dybala possibility has unexpectedly fallen in our laps, so now we have to rejig the plan, two from three out of Eriksen, Lo Celso and Dybala.
Slightly different options based on their skill sets and best positions. Eriksen and Lo Celso both seem capable of sitting in either bank of 3 in a proposed 433 formation, so add flexibility. Dybala more of an attacker, but arguably on another level?
Now the interesting bit, there was ITK yesterday that our deals have stalled due to shuffling the terms due to other options presented. Initially I thought that was the selling teams asking for change on terms due to their needs, but it may be us asking to juggle the terms to allow us to go after all three. It’s a bold leap, but given the timing of the new sponsorship deal also, plus the record profit season despite the new stadium, just maybe it’s an option.

DM/CM - Dier, Winks, Ndombele, Sissoko, Eriksen and Lo Celso, plus Skipp, and Alli & Lamela can slot in deeper.
AM/WF/CF - Lamela, Moura, Alli, Son, Kane and Dybala, with Eriksen and Lo Celso able to play AM also.
Quite fluid options.

The formation we play will be key.
The ‘diamond’ is a bit fluid. It’s a 433 that flexes to more of a 4312.

You mean this one?

'Solid ITK about Lo Celso? 100% we are going to sign him and Sessegnon 100%? If so you better get your bets on now. Right now there is only NDombele. Whats happening with Eriksen? Do you know that too? and Dybala? Its all up in the air right now otherwise it would have been done'

I asked you if you knew 100% that we are buying them or even 80% or 60%.
How many times have we seen changes happen because that happens when you negotiate.
There is leverage, there is a target price. There are two sides of that
