It's really all about swaps.

Just keep swapping what you have (if you need or not in most cases.)

Complete the fans album and then everything you swap a no.4 you get a golden sticker for that slot.

Swap someone from your stack that you don't have (it's why I would stick everything in.) for a no.9 and you get the golden version.

collect all badges and then every badge you swap is golden.

Keep your keepers and do swaps with the rest of us in the group.
If we can do keeper for keeper swap both will get golden.
