As funny as it is, surely that's fake. Firstly, I'd be concerned about the guy filming me. Secondly, I'd be wondering why the homeless dude is wearing smart clothes under the robe. Thirdly, I fail to see how you can't spot the guy running towards you as you get your wallet out. Fourthly, I wouldn't be such a stupid ****.
