The next 10 games will make or break
any team in any league at any time.
It's an example of the wit and wisdom of Mauricio Pochettino.

Newspapers putting words in his mouth as usual. Poch's actual quote is:

“We need to arrive in the last 10 games with the possibility to fight for the objectives... The next nine, 10 games will maybe make the mark on how we finish in the table.”

MP doesn't care for the press and chucks them anodyne tidbits. He said that our fans, home and away, have been great, but he can't surely believe that given the abysmal behaviour of many home fans for a long time. This is regarding home EPL matches, because less of the prostatic boo boys turn up to the other games.

He has so much class in interviews always says just enough.

Hey it's the press.
Why quote what's said when twisting it will sell more.

The English tabloid press are a bunch of lazy idiots. They need others to write their headlines, hence their love for gobshites like Sherwood.

It's good though as poch keeps us under the radar more, by not giving them much to work with.

It was a shame that Newcastle did not put away the Goons as they should have. Their strikers kept taking one touch too many. Striking the ball before the GK is set is key.

@N17Jack: you may not like it, but from Redknapp onwards the negative attitude of our home crowd has been highlighted. Pochettino has not been direct about it, but has managed it beautifully. The boo boys are beyond the pale, especially when we have such young players.

Think we've had our fair share of them recently.
Sherwood and HR both loved by the press for their story head lines

Have you ever actually been to a game?
