This is making the rounds.

Footyheadlines showed some gloves with that pattern on them a few months ago. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the 3rd kit. The two 3rd kits that have been leaked, Chelsea and PSG, both have the same vintage nike logo.

I think it will be that third, and then these as home and away.

Am hoping the away isn't exactly like that to be honest in being exactly the same as the home albeit with a different colour palette. Hopefully it will either be like the PSG third with a collar or the Chelsea third/Inter away with a more classic look due to the extra colour inserted into the cuffs and collar.

but wrt the Nike logo, wouldnt that make sense here? As this obviously isn't the home..it would be the 2nd or 3rd.

That kit would be the 3rd kit and with the background information that was leaked a while about the pattern being similar to the glass panes on the new stadium, it appears that it might well be real.
Maybe I'm missing something here, but that kit looks white to me. That being the case, it would surely be our home kit rather than our 2nd or 3rd kit.

It’s definitely teal (like the HP Kit a few years ago).

If you say so. It's not the best quality image, but if you're right that means I have to get the screen on my laptop changed.

I quite like the design but I sincerely hope that none of next season's kits - or any future kits - are fucking teal. Purple is bad enough.

Based on what others have said about that particular Nike logo only being for second or third kits, that would appear to be a fake.
Pretty sure that is probably supposed to be the 3rd kit as it also has the cladding of NWHL shadowed in. It also looks like it might be the light blue and navy combo that is rumored. I think it's just poor quality and hard to tell the colors.

Edit: @yankspurs has beaten me to it

I thought the same at first, but as has been pointed out in the glove detail, it could well be the 3rd kit... But, what a shame it isn’t the home kit?!

On another note, watching the England match tonight, wouldn’t the Holland shirt in our colours be sweet!!? That pattern over the shoulders in blue with white elsewhere, to me that makes sense.

I think 'HOLSTEN' was one of the few sponsors that actually added to the shirt.
I remember a time when I was maybe five or six and I hadn’t started following football properly, I walked into our front room and my brother was watching a Spurs game and I asked him, ‘do you want Holsten to win?’

I thought the name on the shirt was the name of the team!

Just out of interest why does the AIA logo have to be red when its not red on the away or 3rd kits?

The red isn't the issue, its the logo design/font itself. It just sticks out.

The red Thomson logo looked fine on the skin tight kappas back in the day.
Nothing we or the club can do about it.

Red is their brand colour, so it will be red when ever it can be.

The problem with some of our away and 3rd kits is that a red logo doesn't stand out clearly, so they use a back up colour.

It's like we use the navy logo on home kits, but a white one on the 2nd and 3rd kits (same with nike)
