I really like Mauricio Pochettino, who I think is unanimously loved by the support - unlike managers we've had in the past who have always had sections of support that didn't believe in their long-term prospects.
He is more important to the future of our club than any single player, IMO and we must do everything we can to keep him here as long as possible.
We may not continue to improve, but the culture he has created at the club is an incredible transition from where we were.
