Not if you are smart about it. Red Bull have a football farm in Salzburg, they can bring players for cheap and sell for 30m, and do it infinitely and keep selling for more money all the time. Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia made more money than basically anyone in the country, just by good youth recruitment and good sales. Easy money. Red Bull have much better version of that with football farm in Salzburg and now with a team in Leipzig too. Not to even mention all those owners who build stadiums after buying all real estate and property in the area and then selling it after it increased in value.

They won't move him in Winter for the reasons listed above, but come Summer he's in the final year of his deal and likely a cheaper buy. Our Daniel will like the idea of that.

Only if you try and win trophies. If you are happy to be a feeder club it can be very lucrative, especially if you can be a conduit between South America / Africa and Europe's top leagues.
