I don't understand why Chadli keeps starting games these days. Ever since he took time off, he's been under performing (and rightly so). Why Poch didn't take him off and instead took out our only threat of speed in attack, I don't know. I also would think the experience and height of Fazio would have helped today too.

You never know with Poch. Townsend created little of note against Fiorentina when he started, and was straight back into the side against West Ham, where he again did little of note. Then he started the Cup final, so for whatever reason, Poch has fancied whatever it is he thought Townsend brought to the side.
